Scalp getting sweat during intake of little spicy food and eventually hairfall and unbearable dandruff

I have been suffering from scalp problems since few days no longer than 1 year.now-a-days my scalp is getting sweat while eating food(little spice and non-spicy aswell).Fedup with severe dandruff which makes me completely irritate at work.Hence,Hairfall is being increased due to this day by day..
Doea anyone please provide me a gunshot remedy!!!
