Hi,
I am looking for a remedy (a single remedy) for a person asking my help for his depression and anxiety/worrying nature. Anyone can help? Where should I start? What all information is needed?

The person needs to answer those and it is best if they can do it in their own words. They need to understand that a remedy can bring up feelings that they do not like for a time and this would be releasing and then feel better. If they are on meds they would
Have to find out how to reduce safely so the homeo meds can work well-
You can slowly reduce if needed.

The best option is see a real homeopath. On here anyone can suggest anything.. you can ask for a person in your headline .. like antivirus, homeo dr, ashkaymohl, who are professionals.
