IBS, ANXIETY, Negative thoughts, Hypochondria etc.
Hello Doctor(S),My Name is Ankur, i am 35 now. Single. working in IT Company.
From past 4 years i am suffering from IBS, Anxiety, Irritation, Anger(though no out bursts so far, just in my mind), Hypochondria, Sinus, Blocked nouse(Use otrivine 2-3 time an hour), digestion issues, constipation, mild pain and discomfort on the right side lower ribs(feels as if a tennis ball is stuck there). my hairs have fallen alot and greyed out alot. shown to many doctors so far. some homepath and ayurved docs said its psychosomatic and prescribed medicines it works for sometime but still no result.
I do night shifts too 15 days night and one month day shifts.
i take gas and acidity medicines daily.
like to sleep on right side mostly.
get irritated in AC.
smoke 8-10 ciggrettes a day.
Drinking occassionally.
non vegetarian.
please help me i am really frustrated now. please let me know if you need any further information.

Sulphur 200 before meals
Nux Vomica 200 after meals
twice a day.
day 4 to day 15
Sulphur 200 after rising from bed.
Nux Vomica 200 before going to bed.
One dose means 2 pills or 2 drops. Add 2 drops to some 15 ml water and sip slowly.
