Premature ejaculation and non bacterial prostatitis

Respected Sir/Ma'am,
I am a 24 year old indian man suffering from non bacterial prostatitis, for almost a year,
I also have an over masturbation problem, which is the main cause for my erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation and also my non bacterial prostatitis.
I consulted a doctor he prescribed me selenium and staph for 15 days,my erection came back but premature ejaculation and prostatitis remains the same.
I have a burning sensation in urethra and penis tip, dribbling and split urine.
I consulted a urologist for prostatitis and he told me to do test for UTI( urine test and culture test) but all came negative.
Its been almost a year and burning sensation is still there.
PLEASE HELP. I AM LIVING A VERY STRESSFUL LIFE BECAUSE OF THIS.
