Medicine for Cyst in Kidney

I am 71 years male having cyst of 33 mm - 29 mm in left kidney. Two years before cyst size was 3 mm only. Cyst is simple in nature. Please suggest the medicine.

Please take a single dose of Thuja 1M and see how that affects over a month. Only one dose, not daily.
One dose means 2 pills or drops.
