digestive problems-IBS, mental issues
Hello!I get IBS symptoms first - it was 1.5 years ago - when I have been on a diet and I was in a shop. At the time I was on a gluten-free and vegan diet since 4 days, before that I was only vegetarian and I have not had any problems. In the shop I had urge to bowel movement but I didn't wanted to go out and I was suffering. I got anxiety and minor panic attack and then I went out and asked my mom to go home. I arrived home in 2-3 hours and I had painful diarrhea. Then I was okay for feew weeks but one time I had to go to the post office and stand a long queue. I became really anxious and I had to cower. It felt like I was full of gas and have urge to bowel movement again. In one month I had a really important test but my mind decided before that i'll get a terrible panic attack before the test so it happened, I failed the exam.
In the next 6 months I developed general and anticipatory anxiety. I was diagnosed with IBS. My digestive issues cause anxiety and anxiety causes digestive issues.
It's always problematic being with people because I freak out, especially when there is silence. I'm afraid my digestion system will embarrass me. If I tie a sweater around my waist or cover my abdomen with something I feel a little better but this isn't always working.
But phone calls give me also anxiety. I know there is nothing to worry about but I'm still worrying. Sometimes I'm bloated all day after eating a certain meal, and on another day I have no problem with it. Or sometimes my digestion is ok but next day I get diarrhea. It's the worst when I have to be with other people, because anxiety increases the symptoms. In general my stool is yellowish-brownish and pasty. My stomach get rumbles especially after eating, it feels like little bubbles are wandering and popping out in me. I often get stomach cramps, heartburn and feel like I am full of air or gas.
My emotional state is bad, I'm depressed, desperate and losing hope. I should start school and I want to study but it feels like a dream now.
Which homeopathic remedy sould I try and what dosage/potency?
(Sorry for my english!)Thank you
