Hair folliculitus, dandruff, extreme hairfall/alopecia

Hello.
I'm getting married in December. But I'm experiencing severe itching in my scalp. Itching and burning is accompanied by sores and bumps under my scalp. I am shedding alot and my hairline is receding. All the hair falling out dont have regrowth. Dermatologist say it's alopecia. But I'm only 24 years old and I always had thick beautiful hair. Until recently when I got dandruff and acne for which I was put on heavy doses of antibiotics. Please help me out. I feel so depressed. I'm really stressed out. I want my hair back before i get married. Anyone?

. I have been to a homeopath for my problem who gave me hepar sulfuris 30. It's not doing anything. Any other remedy?
