My question is - is there any way to release sexual tension without masturbation and sex? I heard about an exercise called root lock or "moola bandha" that helps. Masturbation is stupid. Ejaculating your semen by watching some pixels on screen makes no sense. I absolutely hate it. On the other hand, when there's too much sexual tension in my body, I can't stop myself from doing it.

I'm not really aware when emissions take place. After waking up, if I find any stain on my pant and it feels wet, I take for granted that seminal loss occurred last night. Sometimes there is no stain or wetness but still symptoms are present. That way, I check whether emissions occur or not.

Symptoms come only in the morning, after waking up. Why so? I feel better later in the evening.

Today also I'm feeling weak. After waking, my underwear was dry and there were no stains at all. I think my nervous system is permanently damaged which is why I feel weak and nervous all the time. Mainly in the morning, the symptoms are very intense. My condition has actually deteriorated since I started taking those medicines.

But if there's no emission, why do I get symptoms like weakness and back pain after waking up?

Are you there? Meanwhile I got sick. Just a viral fever. That's why I didn't post. But I want to let you know that from past 2-3 days, I'm feeling lot better than before. The weakness has definitely improved. I think the medicines have started showing their effects. I took the last dose of Nat Mur 200 yesterday. Today I woke up very energetic. What to do next?

Palpitations, back pain and all other symptoms are 40-50% better.

Joint cracking has also decreased.

But every morning, my tongue is coated. What does it mean? I clean it everyday.

Okay. The weakness is not completely gone. It has improved. But palpitation has drastically improved. That I can tell you for sure.
