Dr Kadwa,Can you please suggest some homeopathic remedy for my daughter for redness and dryness around her lips and also for overall dry skin in her body? Below is the detailed problem description.
My daughter aged 10 years has got some skin eczema around her lips. Area around the lips has become red and it burns somewhat also. Sometimes this redness goes away little bit but again comes back. Area around her lips is also having dry skin with skin flakes coming out. When the area feels dry with skin coming out some itching is also there. Both itching and burning are not continuous. Burning is mostly happens when there is redness. Itching usually happens when dryness is more. Sometimes along with redness some blood stains and dots are also observed above her lips.Earlier she also had dryness and little cuts on lips but now they are not much. But still sometimes lips also show dryness, flakiness and minor cuts
Recently she has also started developing dry chaffed white flaky skin area behind one of her ears.
I have attached the photograph of her lip area.Kindly refer it.
Overall also she has problem of dry skin in her body. She also has white scaly dandruff in her hair.
She has been having problem of atopic dermatitis since about 3 years. Overall she has tendency of dry skin in her body mainly in feet and legs. Due to this atopic dermatitis she has small tiny spots in her arms.
