Pls Help, severe Laryngitis
Pls help. I am suffering from bad laryngitis which made my voice hoarse. I had severe tonsilitis 1 month. Condition was: severe inflamation in right tonsil with ear pain, throat pain( not able to gulp my own spit), puss from tonsil. Doc gave amoxylin 1000 mg daily for 8 days. This strong antibiotic made my liver system so down that I have developed acid reflux problem now very badly. Whenevr I feel dry in my throat, I drink water but it does not help me. I always feel like clearing my throat( it is feeling having lot of dry mucus in vocal cord). I am singer and can not sing now. For last one month, I am having severe acid reflux, bloating problem. I am not taking any dairy product now. I feel so tired and can not work out in gym. Pls suggest some remedy for this throat problem. I notice a lump in my throat(I guess it is swollen lymph node) constantly for last one omnth. It was not before. I am 42 yrs female. I see tiny bumps in throat area. Pls suggest homeopathic remedy for this. I do not like antibiotic which makes my liver system very very down.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It is obvious that the Amoxylin 1000mg did not help to overcome the bacteria. You will now have to get a throat swab done immediately and to do a ABST (antibiotic sensitivity test) to identify which antibiotic the bacteria is sensitive to. You will then take the test result to a doctor and get his advice.
