Weight gain and fairness problem.

Sir/mam, I am 17 years of male, thin and skinny. And I also want to get my face fairer.My nerves outshows on my hands even I take proper diet but not gains any flesh.My body is white but face is dull and darker. Can I take iodium 200c to gain weight and get fairness. If yes, please tell me the dosage. Or otherwise please tell me right medicine.

Please take 2 pills or drops of Iodium 200 once a week for 4 weeks and see how that affects.
