Diabetes and Male Weekness

Dear ,
As I am 50 years old man, know I am suffering from diabetes for the last two years. before diabetes I am also suffering from male weakness, but after diabetes male weakness is on its height, please suggest me medicine for diabetes and male weakness Thanks & best regards

Please take the following remedies twice a day for 15 days and report back...
Sulphur 30
Nux Vomica 30
Acid Phos 30

One dose means 2 pills or drops each of all three remedies at a time. Please continue with your regular medicines for diabetes.
