For Dr. Kadwa - Severe Anxiety Disorder

Dear Dr. Kadwa,

I have had consistent positive results through your diagnosis and I would like to seek your help for another long standing issue which needs attention. I am 29/Female.

It’s a case of mental health. I’ve suffered from deep anxiety for the past 10 years. It’s not stress, I don’t have a panic disorder or depression, just serious anxiety issues that won’t go away. It’s a quiet, internally corrosive type of anxiety which affects the way I talk, walk and sleep. My jaws/teeth are always clenched, my body language is always stiff. I am always overly conscious and my lip quivers from time to time.

Your advice would be greatly appreciated.
