Unable to urinate due to spinal cord injury

I am 33 year old unable to urinate due to spinal cord injury occured due to bike jerk
.as per urodynamic report this is due to nuralgic bladder.nervs pinched in s2 s3 s4 disc.message passing from brain to blader is fail or very delay.please suggest medicine.
