Numerous health issues at young age

Hello Doctor! I am 30 year old male I am suffering from disc herniation l3-l4, l4-l5, l5-S1 and osteoporosis, joints pain, joints locking and cracking problem since last 3 years. Since past few days I am having numbness in my legs, cold feeling in foot, sudden unbearable nerve pain in ankle and left penile area, similar to the symptoms I used to face in the initial days of disc problem.I am also facing frequent and loose stools issue since 1 year. I also have a nodule on my throid gland but all my TSH, T3, T4 are normal. Also I have a nodule in my mouth under my tongue. I also have urethral stricture since a long time but it has not caused too much of problem. I also have a little bit of anxiety issues since childhood due to which sometimes I have sweaty palms. I have borderline low testosterone, FSH & LH levels.

I was on bed rest for 10 months in 2015 because of disc herniation and I am facing joints pain and joints cracking problem after bed rest.

I am taking sepia 200 and Calcarea fluorica 6x since last two days. I want to know is sepia 200 is to be taken regularly and as I am a male can I take sepia.
And should I continue Calcarea fluorica 6x?
Please suggest what medicine should I take. Also I am taking calcium, k2, D3, methycobalamin, vit b complex. Can I continue these supplements with homeopathy?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I'm not sure you need Sepia and Calc-f so please complete the questionnaire. I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
