dog bite vaccine causes

I got my 1st[ rabipur]vaccine then I don't know what to do I don't know if this is caused by rabies or the vaccine After taking the rabies vaccine because of a dog bite

The dog bites me March 1, 2018. After the first rabies injection my heart beat very fast, hot flushes, dizziness light-headedness, feeling faint, weakness that restricts movement, inability to move loss of feeling in some parts of the body

Then I am going to the hospital and test ECG, MRI, A1C, left, etc, my all body but nothing show in the report Now I am in 9th month but am not feeling goodï»¿

I'll try to help you. Pls confine yourself to what happened; what you did/take;did you complete the vaccine course; is it because of vaccine; did you take any homeo med; what name the doctor give to your problem etc. Pls be to the point.
