Dog with torn ligament in knee

We took our one and half year old pitbull mix dog to the vet for limping and they are telling us she tore her doggy ACL in her knee. Please advise for best outcome and how often to give remedies. I have 30c potencies in ruta and rhus tox on hand. Thank you

IN ADDITION SILICEA 6X AND CALC FLOUR 6X,THREE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY.

I do not have bryonia at this time. Could I start ruta or rhus tox until I get it ?
