Chronic genital warts

I am 35 years Male old IT professional(weight 74kg,height- 5'8"). I am having genital warts problem. Since childhood when I was 10 years old then first time right hand finger warts appeared. Later after long homeopathic treatment it had gone. Again after 10 years it was appeared on penis like cauliflower ,flat ,multiple warts(outer skin and inter glands) but after 1 year treatment,it was disappeared .But again I am seeing from last six months. tiny warts are growing and spreading around outer skin of penis. Like salty food,cold weather. Normal health and sleep.I had taken many medicinesearliar but last a year no medicine for warts.

Please suggest me medicine to cure it permanently.
