1st day update given below after taken medicine.
After eating the medicine in the morning, suddenly the stomach starts to ache from the evening, the stomach has swollen. Stool is suddenly hardened, which is the skin above the penis, where there is a wound, there is a little light feeling.

If you have Nux 30 liquid form, just take a dose.
Nux Vom 30: 5 drops + half cup water
Or wait for next day. Abdomenal problem will disappear soon.

There is no problem in urinating the head, while touching it, it comes out by touching the wound due to which the pain is felt. Sold is not an inconvenience, it is normal. I am upset that the leather has contracted due to the wound, due to which the leather is required to be opened during urination so that there is no problem in urination.

I am sharing you some pic in Earlier pic taken from get up from bed. Now i am again share some pic after bathing. See both pic one thing i say..there is no any improvement in affected area...only thing happened here to test this medicine useful or not..i am using around 15 medicine but results is zero...so requesting you to please check pic and related case history given, proper analys issue and then suggest selective medicine..

One thing is not understood that there is no improvement in the wound which is there, many have used all the medicine but nothing seems to be of benefit, it seems that the medicine is being used on me. Stop the use of and choose the right medicine so that the wound is healed for a long time, but there is no effect of the medicine on the wound. You are requested to give effective medicine.

Hepar sulph 30 and silicea 6x,five drops/tabs three times a day.
Calendula q five drops in some water to be used for applying ,three to four times.
feed back after 4 days.

anuj is a good practitioner. Follow him. Or Try my last suggested medicine for some days.
Best of luck. I have realised about your condition. Treating skin problem sometimes needs enough time both in homeo and alopathy when the patient is diabetic.

I had suggested different remedy for your different problems. Asthma, face and eye swelling, cough etc. along with this problem. And used Arsenicum Album, Acid Nit, Graphites, Apis, Tarentula Cubensis. I used these not for single problem. These are used to treat your acute conditions. And you were recovered after taking these. But your genital infection is slow to heal.

In the medicine given by Anuj ji, nothing was given about eating, such as two medicines, two medicines are given to eat with one sap or to eat at different time? Second I asked Calendula q whether to wash a wound with a little hot water, these two things are clear If I do, I will take it from tomorrow
