Bacterial vaginosis - only smell

Hello. I am 35 years old. I thought I'd ask help from this forum.

I have bacterial vaginosis (doctor confirmed). Only symptoms are fishy odour and little bit yellow discharge, but rather not so many. I have met my homeopath and she gave me Medorhhinum (rather strong), it did not make anything better. 3 days no changes. After this she asked to take Nux Vom 30 1 time and asked to follow. No changes (2nd day). Am I hoping results too fast? When should something happen and the smell should be gone?

I have home remedy kit, is there any remedy that should work quickly and take the smell away?

Thank you!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Kreosotum 3o and calc phos 6x five pellets/tabs three times a day feed back after every 4 days.

Pen down more symptoms associated with the problem.

Could you please observe carefully?
Is the discharge is stopped when you start walking? And starts when sit down or lie on?
If so, try Kreosote
If not try Sepia
