pcos infertility help!
Hi,I'm 26 years old and been trying to conceive since I was 23. I am starting to get depressed as I tried all my best to live a healthy lifestyle but I still cant get pregnant. I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 22 and took contraceptive pills for a couple of years. I also took metformin for insulin management, vitex, etc etc. All my blood tests are normal., indicating i have normal sugar level. I tried looking for a homeopathy treatment here in the Philippines but FAILED. How can I get help from homeopathy as I feel really hopeless ð Please help

Hi Tui, thanks for the reply. Symptoms are:
-Weight gain (Trying to maintain a healthy weight thru low carb but still I'm having a hard time. I'm diagnosed as overweight.
-Period is unpredictable, sometimes it appears after 3-4 months but whenever I do low carb, my cycle lasts for 32 days. Quite unsure if I am ovulating :( Also, period comes scanty for the first 3-5 days then becomes a "real period" that lasts 5 days.
- PMS includes extreme headache and dysmenorrhea
- I am also easily irritable most of the time and I have a LOT of moodswings.
-Occasional acnes and oily skin
-Excessive hair growth is not a problem actually but I have excessive hairfall.
-Consulted OBgynes and underwent Transvaginal, everything seems normal except from the retroverted uterus and polycycstic ovaries.
Hope this helps.
Thank you very much ðð

Try the following protocol for 6 - 9 months. ( it will take a while to restore your health) I have used the protocol for many PCOS cases and I found it very useful.
1. First, take Folliculinum 30c, twice a day for 15 days.
2. Then, no remedy for 7 days.
3. Start taking Sepia 200c one dose weekly for 4 weeks.
4. Start again with folliculinum.
Continue like this for 6 - 9 months.
1 dose is 2 pills and report back once a month to see how you are.

Hi brownbabies24
Just here to tell u that dont be depressed and hopeless .
I am 23 and was also suffering from PCOS and irregular period and was trying to conceive from last 2 years (marrried).
Finally I just conceived 5 months ago mainly with Homeopathy treatmemt alongwith lifestyle change i.e. weight loss with some daily walk or some gym excercise, healthy diet avoiding junk food, avoiding anxiety/stress
Take homeopathy regularly, observe symptoms/changes and must have regular routine checkup/tests etc. with ur Gynaecologist doctor.

Hi jiya2!
Thanks for your message. This really gave me hope. If you don't mind me asking, may I know the steps/tests you and your OBgyne took? Maybe I can suggest some extra bloodworks etc to my doctor. She immediately asked me to go for a cycle of clomid and provera without addressing root cause. I've heard this will make me resistant of the medicine and it might not work for me in the future cycles so I don't want to risk another try unless I'm sure I'm completely healthy.
How long have you taken homeopathy treatment? What are the effects on you? Did it regulate your cycle? Also, can you give me tips about the diet you took? I'm trying to always go low carb and consume whole foods but I sometimes get depressed whenever I don't get to fulfil my cravings and I think it's causing more anxiety to me.
Sorry for the questions btw and I'm genuinely happy for your pregnancy as I know the struggle of having PCOS and infertility issues. You take care always â¤ï¸

Hi brownbabies24
Just saw ur message. Will write about ur questions (blood tets etc.) in detail in a week time.
In the meantime have some daily walk or some gym excercise i.e. treadmill for 20 mins, avoid stress , junk foods and sweet foods/ fruits (grapes, mangoes and banana etc.), eat just one fruit daily i.e. avoid fruit cocktail. Have low carb foods.
Regards
