4 year old - Autism

Hello everyone!
I need help with identifying the right remedy for my 4 year old autistic son. We are not working with any doctor right now as his current doctor has retired. Below are the remedies given to him so far. Please review past remedies and rubrics, and suggest a remedy that we should give right now.

Your child does not seem to be particularly hyperactive? do you confirm this?

What does he or she enjoy most? For example some music, cuddles, hugs?

Can he sleep without light?

Is he tall and thin or rather healthy and strong?

Does he have a good appetite? Does he put on weight if he eats a lot?

Does he ever bite or bite himself? and on what occasions?

Have you found a temporal correlation between his switch to autism and his vaccinations (if any)?

Does he still have a good fever?
For example, when he gets a cold.

Start with 2-3 topmost issues only. Is the child suffering from all the listed rubrics?

He is hyperactive and keeps jumping/running around. I should have added that rubric as well.

What does he or she enjoy most? For example some music, cuddles, hugs?
Hugs, cuddles, calm music, running

Can he sleep without light?
Yes, he does

Is he tall and thin or rather healthy and strong?
He is tall and thin.

Does he have a good appetite? Does he put on weight if he eats a lot?
Eating is his primary complaint. He eats only pureed food.

Does he ever bite or bite himself? and on what occasions?
Never

Have you found a temporal correlation between his switch to and his vaccinations (if any)?
Yes, I have a list of his vaccinations. See attached.

Does he still have a good fever?
For example, when he gets a cold.
Yes, he had good fever but past homeopathic remedies have helped a lot and this year he didnt had a fever or cold so far.
