hiatal hernia
HelloI was recently told by the GastroInterlogist that I have hiatal hernia(where my stomach is too close to my food pipe) 4cm in.
I have been taking acifex and that has helped
I went to a homeopathy doctor in toronto, canada who gave me
Carbo Veg to take before lunch once a day
and Robina to take after lunch and dinner ie twice a day
question 1) Are these remedies the right ones
question 2) When should carbo veg and Robina be taken
before meals or after meals
What about taking something first thing in the morning ie before breakfast as I use to take acifax 30 min before eating anything in the morning

Nat Phos 6x (biochemic) will also help.
Dose 2 tablets after lunch and dinner.
You are advised not to sleep for 3 hours after dinner if possible to prevent the food regurgitating into the esophagus.
Do not also eat large meals and do not drink water with meals. Avoid all acidic foods and vegetables like tomatoes. Milk may also be a causative factor with some who are allergic.
