Psoriasis Help Needed

I am posting this in the hope of finding a cure for my daughter's psorasis. Details are as follows:

My 13 year old daughter has been suffering from psoriasis for the last 2 years and her condition has been getting increasingly worse. She has never had any skin issues or illnesses throughout her life, up until when she turned 11. She has always been very confident, talkative and makes friends easily. Physically she has been very fit and enjoyed gymnastics and all physical sports.

The disease came on suddenly - it started from the inner elbows and spread to inner thighs, then calves. She was treated with various steroid creams and prednisilone 15mg for 7 days. There was some temporary relief but it came back much more stronger and spread to her stomach (the trunk) and neck area. She has been given topical ointments to treat the rashes - Fuciderm and Elecon Ointment. They sometimes help and sometimes make no difference.

Her skin has also discoloured and become almost black. In the last 10 months, she has lost almost 20kg in weight, despite eating 3 proper meals a day. She used to be 57kg and she's now 49kg. Immediatiely after eating she has to run to the bathroom and expel everything. Sometimes her stools are watery, other times they are soft and normal. This has been ongoing since the end of January 2020. She now also suffers from insomnia and can't sleep at night at all - even when she is extremely tired. She finds this really frustrating and is often close to the point of tears because of it. She is also getting severe bursting headaches - sudden onset, usually at 5am or accompanied by abdominal pains from eating.

Since January 2020, the psoriasis has spread to her face and this has really affected her mentally. She has become withdrawn, covers her face when she goes out, doesn't look at anyone when interacting with them. She doesn't like anyone looking at her and if she sees anyone looking at her, she suddenly drops her head down. She won't even let me, her mother, touch her face or look at her. She doesn't like attending school as people stare at her and even her teachers have noticed a drastic change in her behaviour - she no longer participates in lessons and is very quiet and withdrawn.

She was hospitalised earlier this month for a few days as she was at the point of collapsing - they found severe internal infection and treated her with antibiotics. The abdominal pain and severe headaches still remain. Psoriasis is still there and is aggravated with stress and sugary foods.

I have changed her diet to eliminate sugars and white flour based foods. The sugar restriction has helped a lot but the white flour restriction doesn't seem to have made any difference.

I have tried to identify what factors may have led to her outbreak of psoriasis and can think of a few things:

In 2013, my mother passed away suddenly. My daughter (then age 7) was upset about it but not affected in any bad way - just natural grief of losing a loved one;

In 2014, she had her usual vaccinations brought up to date because she had missed them due to us living abroad;

In 2016 - she joined the slime making craze and used to spend all her free time making slime using borax and glue! This carried on for almost 18 months.

In 2017 - the 1st signs of skin rashes appeared which have gone on to becoming full blown psoriasis.

Last November, I took her to a specialist dermatologist who did a skin biopsy to confirm that the her condition is definitely psoriasis and not eczema. She has not been given any medication to treat the psoriasis but I have tried various herbal concoctions such as tumeric milk, daily coconut oil intake, black seed oil intake and raw garlic intake; also appied tumeric and honey paste to skin which helped quite a bit but has not cured it.

Description of her psoriasis:
Dry, very itchy and scaly. There isn't ny redness that I can see as her skin has turned black (from being asian brown).
Her skin sheds a LOT - I have to sweep it up every morning - it's around her bed in a thick-ish layer. The skin shed is very dark brown and dry. If she gets extremely itchy, she can't stop itching and this causes the skin to rip and become wounds. With the intense itching, she starts to smelly really bad - almost like a decomposing corpse smell. Having a shower is very painful for her as the water stings her. I now apply a thin layer of vaseline on her skin before she showers. This helps ease the pain but is not completely pain-free. Some days, even with showering she smells like a decomposing corpse!

There are no set times when her health deteriorates, but she is at her worst early morning at around 5am.

I can't think of anything else to add but I hope there's enough information here to help start some plan for progress.

Thank you very much for taking the time to read through this.
