Anuj - Please Advice - Suspected Coronavirus Symptoms _{Page 9 of 11}

Dear Anuj
I have taken Cyclamen 30 alongwith advised salts for one week and afterthat observed for more than one week.

I felt headche 2 times while taking remedies and 2 times in next week. The headache period is more than 5 hours and its does not go away without painkiller and sleep.

The main thing i noted is Headache and heaviness in head starts after physical and mental effort i.e. after reaching home from office at evening, when i am also very tired.

-Now i observed that headache is on full head but mostly on Centre of head and upper portion of head rather than one side only with sharp and throbing pain.

While watching tv i feel blurred vision and strain on eyes due to -0.50 eyesight.

-Unusual food cravings from last 2 weeks mostly for sweets in morning and evening.

-Still Severe General weakness and Fatigued, low energy level and very sleepy after little work.

- still having Heels pain after little standing or walking or whenever i wear office shoes.

-Very LOW sex drive from last 4 weeks.

Kindly advice for HEADACHE and Heels Pain issues.

I have taken Nux Vomica 30 for 06 days, 2 times a day (due to office routine i missed third dose)

Improvement in followings:
-Headache issue
-General Weakness
-Unusual Cravings

No Major Improvement in followings:
-Heels pain,
-Lower Back Pain
-Hair fall
-Low sex drive.


I am having Canker Sores in Mouth/Tongue and Constipation ( very slow bowl movement, low urge to pass stool, first part of stool is very dry) and low appetite & thrust.

I am still Observing my overall symptoms and will update you in a few days. In the meantime Could u please advice, should i keep continue Nux Vom 30 and is there any other remedy or salts that i should also take to have more improvements?

Thanks for ur time and advices.
I have ordered both lyco 200 and Plumbum 200 and will receive in 2 or 3 working days.

In the meantime, Can i take Nux Vom 30 for few more days , as it seems to helping/improving in my headache issue and general weakness
OR whether i have to stop taking it?

Hope u r fine.

It is to update that for headache issue, upon advice of Neurologist yesterday i have done MRI of brain and it is totally fine. However, dr. prescribed Citanew 5mg and a multivitamin.

I have taken Lyco 200 and Plumbum 200 for 2 days till now. I did not have Headache so far.

BUT still No Major Improvement in followings:
-Severe Heels pain and pain/stiffness in calves muscle while climbing stairs,
-Lower Back Pain
-Hair fall
-Low sex drive
-Slow Bowl Movement with Gas and low urge to pass stool
-Canker Sores on tip of lips from last some days, i have canker on same place from last some times.

As you advice, i will keep taking remedies and Observing all Symptoms. However, please advice if any change is required.

I have taken Lycopodium 200 and Plumbum 200 for 7 days and since then 4 days has also passed. Below is my update:

I did not have Headache so far and Feeling Minor Improvement in Sex drive.

No Improvement in followings symptoms:

1- Severe Heels pain and associated pain in feets. Heel Pain started when in the morning time when I jut start some walking/wearing shoes and after that all day I have that pain. Earlier Usually it starts with prolong walk/standing and when put pressure on heels by pressing. (No swelling, No Uric Acid Issue, No heel Spur as per X-Ray)
2- Pain/stiffness in calves muscle especially while climbing stairs and small walk,
3- Lower Back Pain (Stretching Knees to chest exercise gives relief/improves back pain).

----As Per Allopathic Doctor all above 3 pains are Muscle related. (No bone issue)

4- Severe Hair fall and thinning with dandruff. (Especially from last 2 months from center of head).

5- Still having Slow Bowl Movement
& Gas with Low Urge to pass stool. Passing stool after a gap of one/two day.
6- Loss of smell is still not fully recovered. (Nostril are dry)

Please advise.

I have taken Rhus Tox 30 for more than 05 days and since then 03 days has also passed. Below is my update:


No Improvement in followings symptoms:

1- Severe pain on outer sides of both Heels alongwith associated pain in feet.(No swelling, No Uric Acid Issue, No heel Spur as per X-Ray)
2- Pain/stiffness in calves muscle especially while climbing stairs and small walk,
3- Lower Back Pain (Its not Sciatica Pain and No Disc issue) issue)Stretching Knees to chest exercise gives relief/improves back pain).

4- Still having Slow Bowl Movement & Gas with Low Urge to pass stool. I am having yalo tabs for this issue.
5-Hair fall and thining from centre of head

Please advise.

I have started Anti Crud 30 and salts and will update after week.

Just for information, i want to mentionthat while taking Rhus Tox 30, i felt my heel pain was aggravated/increased somehow.

Further from last some days, i am again having Canker Sores on Tongue and Cheeks inner side, these are reoccuring more oftenly.

From last many years I am having severe Bad Smell and greenish mucus at back of throat while wake up at morning.
Front Bottom side of front teeths are started to having yellowish plague.

Thanks for support here and over emails. In the next post i will mention all symptoms in detail.

I took Merc sol 30 for 4 days alongwith salts. My Canker Sores on Cheeks got cured within few days.


But from yesterday i am again having Canker Sore on inner side of Lips.
Also suffer Reflux in throat 2 times in last 3 days.

Still having Slow Bowl Movement & Gas with Low Urge to pass stool.

Low appetite and thrust.

Further , While get up in the morning i have very bad smell and mucus in throat , and Teeth some coating/plaque. But there is no smell remaining whole day JUST except when get up in the morning.


Heel, leg calves pain and back pain is also still there.

Kindly advice.

I have started Mer Sol 30 alongwith NP and KP 6x salts from today.

From yesterday i am feeling
-Light feverish feeling (body temp on Thermostate is 97F but body feeling hot)
-Feeling mild chilly
-Head and body is hot but Hand and Feet are cold
-Light body Aches
-General weakness.

Could u please also advice for this issue.

Dear Anuj

I have taken Merc Sol 30 for 3 days alongwith salts. My Canker Sores on Cheeks got cured in these days.

However, from yesterday i am again having Canker Sores on Inner side of Lips.

When get up in the morning i have yellow type deposits on teethes (which get cleaned with brush), bad taste and excess smell (no smell in normal routine) in mouth.

No Burning sensation in chest.
No Coughing.
No burping or belching.

Please advice.

In the meanwhile, i want to ask that i suffer headache 2 -3 times in this week and for this headache in the last month u advised me Nux Vomica 30 for 3 days and my Headache got cured.

So may i take again Nux Vomica 30 alongwith Merc Sol 200. Please advice.
