Constipation

Hi Everyone,
I am 34 years old man. I have been suffering from constipation for last one year. The stool is hard and light colored. I did not feel motion for passing stool.Everyday the stool is not cleared. Please suggest me remedy.

Sulphur 30 five drops in an ounce of water two times a day before forenoon and Nux Vom 30 five drops in an ounce of water two times in the evening and one dose out of the two half an hour before dinner.

Feedback after 4 days.
