Is it okay to give the medicines with food ? Also wouldn't allow to spray the medicine. Treating a dog who isn't a pet

The efficacy decreases with food, however you may try.

After some resistance the dog will be tamed and then can be sprayed.

He is better. Giving him medicines by dissolving in his drinking water. His wounds have somewhat healed and formed crusts. There are still some very raw fresh wounds.
Should I continue the medicines?
Thank you
