Yes I have taken only 3 doses with the interval of 15 minutes and nothing afterwards.

I took the three doses on Friday morning and nothing afterwards. Will update you tomorrow - three days will end tomorrow morning.

fyi, on Thursday night I took one dose and stopped as I was taking the remedies previously adviced so I thought to do it on Friday morning; so have done the appropriate three doses on Friday - hope that's ok.

Thank you so much for your advice, there is good progress. I look forward to your help and appreciate your kindness.

I would like to report the following progress after taking three doses of CarboVeg 200C, interval of 15 minutes:

1. Post nasal drip continues but it mostly stops by afternoon approx. 4 pm. Then I feel the left nostril is stuffed up but breathing is normal through the left nostril. I guess it is catarrh. In the evening like 08pm, When I do the nasal irrigation with saline water, the catarhh clears up and PND starts but less. At nights there is no PND. In the morning after I do the saline nasal irrigation, lots of mucus comes out. Then the PSD starts going in to the throat until noon and decreased by 04:00 PM. Root of the left nostril is tight but no pain - tight like feeling and uncomfortable.

The problem lies in the left nostril.

2. Color of the mucus: It is green from the nasal irrigation and when it comes into throat. Today I observed that it has a slight shade of lime yellow color. Sometimes when I clear the throat, the color is grey mixed with white. So the green is only from the post nasal drip.

3. Pain in the frontal sinuses: no longer present in both sides but only on the left side; it feels relieved when I apply pressure over the inner edge of the left eyebrow. The pain also extend to the left side of the head but bearable. Tenderness feeling at the left frontal sinus.

I had this feeling during April and May this year. First time I tried several remedies and finally Belladonna seem to have reduced. Second time I was able to get hold of Spigelia 30C - two doses of it completely worked.

4. Digestive issues: No longer present.

5. Feel like I am having another episode of haemorrhoids pain. I was treated for this 10 years ago through homeopathy. Since couple of years I am having on and off for 2-3 days. During this year I have used Hamamalis 30C 2-3 doses and the pain stops. Also used Lycopodium 30 C but Hamamalis was more effective.

6. No neck pain or spams - today.

I didn't use Ferrum Phos as I felt better the next morning infact the temparature was low like 35.8 degrees (in mouth), after couple of hours it became normal.

FYI;

I would like to add that since more than year I had discomfort in the left shoulder due to load on it by carrying the babies. Pain is minor but the main issue is to rotating it easily is an issue, feel like stiffness. I did not take any remedy for it but only exercise and stretches which relieves.

I was treated for my left foot which was giving pain at the arch and inner heel due to collapsed arch, with tingling, crawling and minor numbness.

I have used Rhus tox, Calc Flour and Kali phos through recommendation from this forum, you may refer to the link shared above at the beginning.
Day before yesterday, I felt sudden pain at the inner side of the heel while driving (left hand drive - so this feet is not used for driving). The pain is like a tendon has moved when I tried moving my feet. It was only once.

In general, my closest constitutions according to a survey are Lycopodium and Phosphorus, followed by Pulsatilla. If you require more information, please let me know Dr Jha.

I think this is useful to mention about my medical history:

1. In the beginning of the year 2000, I had dry, scaly skin on the left palm and Athletes foot in between left feet toes. We visited several doctors inc dermatologists they finally concluded that it was Psoriasis. I have used topical creams but the outcome was only that it was not too dry. However, in 2004 I have relocated to Germany from India, and then suddenly it disappeared.

2. Again in 2008, the Athletes foot started in the between left feet toes, also dry scaly patches were present in the middle of the feet. I was treated by a dermatologist in Dubai. He confirmed to me that it was athletes feet and it is not psoriasis, and I did not have before also based on the presentation of symptoms I had shared with him.

The common thing I find is that most complains are on my left side, and the events triggering are when I am concerned about my parents as I have been living outside of India since 2004 and left home for my studies in the second half of 1999.

You are right, my legs are thin and my upper body is well nourished but my stomach is slightly flabby.

I am not about e chilly part as I mostly stay in Air conditioning, I do feel chilly in this atmosphere. Did in get your question? I do like to cover when I sleep.

I will get hold of Abrotanum 1m and will take the doses as adviced.

The remedy is not available in UAE, so I am ordering from UK/ USA, the earliest delvery is by last week of this month.

Unfortunately, Kali Sulph 200C is also not available in UAE, tried at several places.

Only tissue salt (6x) is available at present.

I have ordered it along with Abrotanum and will arrive earliest end of this month.
