Attention Simone Help needed for Eustachian tube swelling

Dear Simone,
My wife was diagnosed with mild inflammation inside ear, swollen Eustachian tube and eardrum protruding outward about a month ago. Steroid drops placed in ear. No pain until last week. Symptoms are irritability, earache in left ear, worse from lying on it, worse from cold air. Hearing noises in ear at night when lying on the left side. Noises include pulsating, spinning wind sounds, clicking, ringing, and gushing. Have headaches, occurred back of head both sides, were radiating to top of head, then alternating over right eye, then left eye. Yesterday, after walking outside had severe pain left occiput radiating towards top of head, over left eye. Eyelids quivering, dizziness starts when she gets out of bed , swaying movements also, tingling sensations forehead, sensation of heat in the area, tingling both cheeks, upper back molars hurt on left side. Teeth have decay. One needs a filling and the other a crown. TMJ syndrome diagnosed 38 years ago, left side. Deviated nasal septum towards left side. Chronic post nasal drip, right side, upper right palate, ENT saw erosion back of throat.
Hawking up thick green mucus plug for years. Since 2 days ago mucus plug contains some dark blood. Hawked up one plug of clear mucus streaked with bright red blood also. Will you please recommend a homeopathy remedy for her. She is extremely sensitive to everything and takes wet dose, pellets dissolved in 100 mls of water. Thank you.
