Vomiting with headache

My wife age 28 from afternoon headache very much and vomitting at 9 pm. She is not eating anything due to mental tension. For such reason headache increase and now vomitting. She has in empty stomach long time.
Given her Carboveg 30 1 dose in evening.Pls suggest soon

Please give her Ipecac 30,5-6 pills every hour and convey the follow up

PL give her
1. Robinia-200 6 pills twice a day
2. Nux Vomica-200 6 pills twice a day

pl keep 30 to 40 minutes gap between 1 and 2
pl give feedback after 2-3 days
