I need your advice again.
I took ACONITE 1M on Saturday. That day I felt like everything in my abdomen was expanding ( in a good way) some anxiety but not bad. Next day I was kind of down, a bit depressed, some crying. Today, third day, better on both. Since I took the 1M my bowel movements were not improving as they did at the beginning, they start to look like RUTA bowels, small, and hard or soft but hard to expel, little at a time. Also other symptoms of RUTA are showing up. Heat at night on covering, stretching during the day on the upper part of the body ( before I was having cramps on stretching my legs in bed, they are gone), my eyes are getting that fog that I have to wipe it out with my hand and it goes away, hard to turn at night in bed, like my bowel it's heavy, hips pain on walking but only one at a time, burning tip of the tongue and also on the middle too. Should I wait a few more days for Aconite to act more or can I start Ruta?

I read about that somewhere, if it's to high or too often then Nux Vom and it was another remedy( don't remember which one) will help.

Hi,
No luck with my bowel movements. they are back to my "normal state", so not moving no urge to go. I know you said to have NUX VOM before RUTA but it is not contraindicated in absence of all desire for defecation?
Nothing gets to the lower part of the abdomen, everything is stuck on the upper part left side, is not passing through navel area, that is where everything gets constricted and it's just stays there, like heavy weight pulling down on the left side.
Please advise.

I finally have some good news.
After ACONITE 1M I started to have very constipated bowels and they were very light in color. Never had something like this before. So I looked up ACONITE again and saw that it has that. I new it was to high what I took, even the 200 as I was better after but after a few days I was getting more anxiety attacks than ever. So I smell some vinegar to antidoted and started on ACONITE30CH. I'm on 30 for 3 days now and I can say that I'm much better, bowel movements better, sleep better, mind better. So for now I'll stay on this one and we'll see what's coming up after.
It's a chronic ACONIT state that I have for over 15 years now. Goin crazy over everything with or twithought reason. So for now I'll stay on this one and we'll see what's coming up after.
I'll let you know of any changes that I might have to see where it's going. I guess back to CALC PH or RUTA.

Hi, I have a question if you don't mind.

It looks to me like CALC PHOSPHORICA was coming up after the ACONITE.
The bowel movements didn't look like RUTA, and I started to be very cold all the time.
Had cold tip of nose, hand and feet, chest heat, cramps in my legs in spots on walking, numbness of my hands in the morning on waking up.
So I started CAL PH , the potency that I can take right now is 20CH, anything higher gets me more constipated, more agitated. I'm on 20 for about 8-9 days now. I can say my bowel movements are a bit better 1 or 2 every day, mostly 1 a day but not feeling like all my abdomen is getting empty after a bm as it was before, not that much anxiety, sleeping a bit better, not eating that much sweet and fat, but still do, a bit more energy than before, started to do a bit of work around house, mind a bit better. In general a bit of improvement on everything.
That sensitivity to touch and smell is gone after aconite.

I read about CALC PH that that has a 10-20 days aggravation,
to make sure is not a proving of the remedy. How do I know that. Some of my old symptoms are coming back. For the last 1.5 years I tried everything else but CALC PH as I though that I don't need it anymore, as I felt so good when I took it. The thing is it feels like it's acting different this time.
First time almost everything improved but not my bowel movements it was like it was totally stuck.. Now it started to move a bit better and my old low back pains are coming back, a bit of bowel pain when it's moving, old symptoms are coming back, my elbow pain that started about 3 months ago is better.
Is it because the first time I didn't took the ACONITE, did I need it to start with the ACONITE first as I was having anxiety attacks and to have the CALCAREA PH after ? It feels that way, but I don't know.
