Sir I tried reading English newspaper with my wife . After reading two articles only my fear to understand or remrmbrr what I have read started increasing . There is a lot of anxirty and anxiousness in my chrst now .


There is a fear that I cannot remember or understand what I have read and this increases my fer and self confidence

I tried with the suggested medicine but i see no change

Sir i don't feel comfortable with my wife . There is a disturbance inside me and I am not at able to accept her and live my future . She is not confident at all and even my self confidence is down . I feel she is not able to support me in any way as she is so dull and weak as she cannot do anything . I always use to compare her with that girl who use to support me in everyway in my studies . She is not at all like an independent girl and don't want to achieve anything and has no aspiration . This thing disturbs me that how can I spend my life with a girl who dont have any self confidence and cannot acheve anything . I just compare her with other girls . She is a from a low background . She don't want to use her brain qnd she is so reservwd who has nothing to talk.

I feel like she has got everything in her life free funded. I feel her useless. She has so less self esteem . I just have this feeling of getting myself free for her so that i can find someone and marry . I feel like my life is destroyed and just want to die . But don't have guts to leave her due to my parent'and society fear . I blame her and always gives her lecture and I dont want to be that kind of person. But my emotions and anger is uncontrollable . I feel like she is the reason who have lost all my hapiness . I have seperatwd myself from everyone and dont talk to anyone . My life is hell . I am so disturbed . I am dead from inside with only negativity and fruatation left

Sir my mind is so weak and confused if i use it somewhere my anxiety increases


Like if I am working in office like doing coding and all my mind supports me.

I am a quality analyst where if any automation works comes i can do it wasily but if there is manual work where i have to read some scenariks and execute them on application I am not able to do . I am not able to use my mind where I have to read , analyze and think on thr topic as anxirty increases


Can you tell me my problem

There is some anxiousness and anxierty inside me that doesn't allow me to perform any activity . As I force myself then this keeps on increasing and further the emotions gets down hitting the gallblader which causes stomach disturbance and decreases my self confidence

In family everyone from the very begining till now showed me so down and never appreciated my decisions and everytime they were against it and put me down  and compared me with everyone that made me feel so weak . I was an average student and everyone was so bright in my family and never supported me with my mental struggles and never understood what I was going through and just blamed me and never helped me to tacke those defects and emotions inside my brain

Overthinking is the toughest problem I have. I am fed up with my marriage since I don't feel happy with her since I feel she has no exposure to life and she is not independent with her decisions . I feel I want a brilliant girl who is smart , intelligent , bright and with a good height eventhough I know I won't survive with that type of girls since they have lot of ego and they will easily put me down . Wherever i go and watch any girl her smartness and confidence always lets me to compare her with my wife . There are a lot of images which disturbs me and makes negative against my wife . Now I feel my life is stopped and I not able to enjoy and move further in my life

Even now a days I find myself lost since a lot of negativity is there inside me . I also have a lot of comparison feeling where whenever I see any girl whom I find confident roaming outside I compare it with my wife and I have a anxious feeling inside me which is uncontrollable
