Sleep apnea
Hi ,My my age is 40 years. I am facing sleep apnea issue.
When I sleep on my back I snore loudly and while getting into sleep i get choked. Sleeping side ways helps.
I have sinus and gerd issues too.
I get anxious and then unable to sleep at all.
I am having this issue since 1 yr now.
Please suggest.

FIRST FEEDBACK AFTER 7 DAYS.
NUX VOM 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HR BEFORE DINNER. FOR THREE DAYS
DAY 4 ONWARDS.
ALLENS SNORID 10 DROPS BEFORE GOING TO BED IN AN OUNCE OF WATER.
IN ADDITION KALI MUR 6X AND FERRUM PHOS 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY.FROM DAY 1.

Hi Mr Anuj,
Thanks for answering..I was not able to get Nux vom liquid and ALLENS SNORID. How ever I have Nux vom 200 pelletes . Can I take them?

Yes have pellets.Five pellets one dose.
If you are in INDIA,procuring the products should not be a problem.
