itchy scrotum possible folliculitis
hello expertsI hope this finds you in the best of your health.
i have an issue i have been facing for quite sometime.
I have itchy scrotum and its possible that it is folliculitis.
It very itchy in the morning when i wake up.
I looked closely and i see bumps underneath where the public hair is. i keep shave my pubes and keep it clean.
it gets really burns and gets hot when it itch it and gets inflamed and intense. I see bumps getting bigger when i itch it.
these bumps and on left and right side of scrotum. underneath the penis where scrotum begins and between legs where scrotum ends.
I've used mustard seed oil and it only helps temporarily.
I've used sepia 12x based body wash and it helps temporarily.
I've used sulphur 1x and graphite 1x creams and it still does not go away.
i have also used lotrimin ultra which has butenafine hydrochloride medicine to kill most fungus but that also did not help.
any recommendations please?

i got the bottle.
today is day 3 of me taking the remedy 3 times a day.
21 drops in half a glass of water.
i see very slight difference. but the tiny itchy follicle bumps are still there.i still sometimes have the urge to violently itch but i refrain from it.
ill keep you posted. i have 4 more days to go...

the itching is wild in the morning.

im thinking maybe it scrotal dermatitis and not folliculitis.

update after 4/5 days.
the situation is pretty much same after taking 1 dose of sulphur 1m.
i have had 3 violent itches in the past since taking dose.
the white bumps are still there. scrotum skin wells up and burns hot after itch and becomes like leather and thick.
please advise sir.

instead of tomorrow. I am giving update today.
there is no improvement in my case.
now even penis and anus is itchy.small tiny pimple looking things that get really violently itchy.
once i start itching, it gets red swollen, burning and extremely intense.
the itch starts with prickly pins feeling and once i start i cannot stop and its so intense that i can practically rip the skin of my scrotum and penis down to bare flesh.
sulphur 1m doses and cell salts and bio-combination 20 did not help.
:(
dermatologists here give cortisone and steroids for everything skin related and i dont consider that a treatment.

its not helping...it is not going away.
itching was so bad i unwillingly had to use hydrocortisone and it made it quiet and calm but when i stopped it came back.
even cortisone is not helping.
:(
i went to doctor and he looked at it and just gave cortisone and said that is the medicine we give for situations we cannot understand but its not infection ( bacterial or something )

15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HR BEFORE DINNER.

dear dr anuj..im still in the same boat.
it got pretty bad and i had to take cortisone and once i stop taking cortisone it comes back. i also take the aconite...
im going mental just thinking about what is causing this and to be honest i have lost the battle.
