Infected Root Canal

Hi,
I have 2 premolars that had amalgam fillings on them. The amalgam cause the teeth to crack and both teeth got root canals and crowns. The remaining 2 premolars, also had amalgam, those were removed and replaced with new fillings. After the amalgam was removed the teeth are now extremely sensitive. Pain occurs with hot and cold, as well as when I am eating and any pressure is applied. Both root canal teeth have infections at the roots, one is rather large, up in my maxillary sinuses. Our biological dentist recommended pulling both root canal teeth and having implants placed. I am trying to avoid that! I am currently taking merc sol 200ck, Hepar Sulph 30c, and silicia 30c to get rid of the infection and pain. I have been using those for a couple of weeks but still have tremendous pain. Any advice?
