7 year old dog with pyometria

Hello,
I have a 7 year old American Staffordshire Terrier with pyometria.
She had a loud foul smelling bloody puss discharge and was draining a lot. No appetite. Drinking and urinating a lot. I started sodium ascorbate, turmeric and Manuka honey on Tuesday morning. Later in the day started giving Secale cornutum 1m, four pellets dissolved in a small amount of distilled water. Secussed three times and put dropper full inside lips one dose per hour twice. Then repeated one dose every two hours, twice. Then one dose he every four hours twice. By the time I’d done the third dose she was improving very much. So by the second day I’d moved to one dose once a day. I noticed last night that she seemed to be backsliding and discharge was increasing again. Switched to Pyrogenium 1m and began same treatment process. she finally began eating boiled chicken and rice but stools seemed more loose and watery a and now has a fever of 103.4. Stopped sodium ascorbate just in case it’s making stools loose. Seeing less and less discharge and is drinking less water. Fever is the same after several hours and discharge has stopped.
