help for an acute remedy selection for panic/anxiety attack

Can someone help me with an acute homeopathic remedy choice? I have many remedies on hand in my kit but I am in the midst of an hours-long panic attack and having trouble thinking clearly. Here is what information might be helpful.

All day fine, then ate lunch too late, stored some things in storage that had to do with my late husband; emotional. Had a cup of tea(no sugar) and then started to feel queasy. No anxiety. Queasiness and lightheaded, then anxiety. Thought maybe I needed to eat some protein; had a slice of cheese and felt better. Sat down and had soup and salad and felt fine, completely at ease. Then it came on again; queasy, need to stool, lightheaded, shaking/trembling legs, clenched teeth, dry mouth. Onset of first symptom (queasy) around 6 pm; had about an hour reprieve from symptoms and then they returned.

Thank you kindly in advance; my legs won't stop tensing and shaking.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Just want to add that I just checked the box of tea I had some tea from -- it was an herbal tea that contains chamomile and also hawthorn; I think it is quite possible that I am reacting to the hawthorn, which I did not know was in this grocery store tea. The surges of lightheadedness I think may be bouts of low blood pressure.

An update: though it took a long while to figure out what was going on, once I suspected the ingredient hawthorn in a cup of herbal tea I drank this evening, I tried Ars-alb 30c. A single dose began to slowly cause the symptoms to recede, and then I was only left with both ears very hot to the touch and red, and a very dry mouth that could not moisten food.

I took a single dose of Calc carb 30c and these symptoms abated as well; first both ears became a normal color, then one normalized in temperature (to the touch) and then the other. Mouth became normal for moisture and I could eat a bit of dry food (pretzel) without a problem.

It appears I had a reaction to Hawthorn present in the tea, with concurrent anxiety symptoms (due to fearfulness about the tea-caused symptoms).

Thank you Hameedjan. I had already tried Aconite with no success, but what I sorted out (see above entries) is that I was panicking and agitated due to an adverse reaction to hawthorn in some herbal tea. Hawthorn (herb) is a vasodilator and blood thinner, and as I already tend to have lower blood pressure than most, drinking the tea caused physical side effects that scared me (panic), also a side effect of hawthorn is actually agitation and anxiety. So as it turns out, treating myself with Arsenic album 30c (as though I had food poisoning) matched the actual cause (etiology) of the problem (bad response to something I consumed) as well as the emotional state/picture, which was partly caused by the herb itself and partly my own fearful reaction to my physical symptoms.
