Prostate secretion on seeing a bold woman

I'm 28 years old unmarried male. Whenever I see a highly beautiful girl or woman and think 2 minutes about it, my penis secretes sparkling liquid which I think is Precum or Prostate discharge. It is followed by lower back pain.
This also happens when I chat with a sexy woman for a few minutes.

I'm not into anything like tobacco, alcohol or porn or masturbation.

Please help me.

15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HR BEFORE DINNER. FOR THREE DAYS

DAY 4 ONWARDS

NAT MUR 30.

Dose five (5) drops/pellets , taken at the same time 3 Times daily.

Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.

Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.

IN ADDITION SILICEA 6X and KALI PHOS 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.

Currently taking Allen A82 drops for premature graying of hair, should I postpone it while taking your suggested remedy ?

NUX VOMICA would stop after initial 4 days orr continue till symptoms subside (like. Natrum Mur, Silicea and Kali Phos) ?

i think it has increaed by Excitement and Prostate secretion. What should be further course of action ?

I think the excitement is related to MIND, Acid Phos had been recommended long ago by one homeopath, but it's cure didn't last long. You can better judge the further course of action.

Tried to check improvement by talking to my Girlfriend, and this happened

Watery discharge with lots of excitement of having sex with her just by 2 minutes chatting over phone
