Sepia Constitution

While I am definately on to the correct constitutional remedy for me - numerous classic correlations - I'm not clear on how often to take a dose. I have taken the 200C on two different occassions, 4 weeks apart - following up once I was quite certain the symptoms were returning. This remedy has brought me significant relief after years of trying 'everything'... Would I be taking this every month as long as the symptoms return? Also, how do I get these brown patches on my face to go away - will they ever?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
without all info --we just guess how to getrid of brown spots on face?
well sepia has this characteristic but also 21 other well marked remedies--and many lessr known for brown spots...

as for sepia and next step---well---i fhave taken case and allthat happy stuff--then go up single dose 1M..as long as NO NEW symptoms occurred after dosing of sepia 200c...
ok?
questions?

sepia is not anti-syphilitic and thus, if the symptoms are returning, you may need to go for an anti syphilitic remedy and then take sepia 200c or one dose of sepia 1M.

john, whats your comment?

Sincere thanks to you both for your kind responses. It crossed my mind that I may not get any replies given some of the nasty things I have read about sepia types!

Physically I have been exceptionally healthy (never catch a cold, the flu). Do have incidences of bladder and yeast infections, frequent constipation, left sided migraines (almost always Saturday a.m. after a week of busy work), mushy fatique, muddled/foggy thinking, slept poorly (would love to nap), 101 shades of depression, saddness & peevishness since forever (Uhg! - I have been striving all my life to at least live in the pretense of better spirits.) I am not nasty, in fact I'm quite an empathetic person, diplomatic and good hearted. Mind you I have indulged in a lot of solitude. Quit drinking alcohol at age 21 because I was afraid of the very real possibility of drinking myself to death (now 42). LOVE to walk briskly and have daily for years and years. No partner, couldn't imagine being able to raise children. Dark hair, dark eyes, tall, altogether slender figure. Elated in mountain air, totally blasee taking in sea air. The brown patches, they are like continents spreading down and across my face from my upper cheek bones down to the sides of my mouth, on both sides - rather ghastly.
I am something of a perfectionist and have a strong sense of esthetics and an eye for classic styles and good lines. And more... sepia type correlations.

Taking the sepia has made a world of difference in my sense of wellbeing, the mushy fatique has vanished (!), my mind is much sharper,
I feel in much better spirits and even felt inner peace (!), plus am sleeping much sounder. It's practically miraculous!!! The thing is, it does start creeping back after a few weeks of having taken a dose.

I have read that the sepia remedy is a powerful & long acting remedy... so I'm kinda afraid of taking the 1M but will if you might assure me that it would be a frightening experience. ??? (Do you think the 1m would address the brown patches?)

Once again, thank you so much! Self-help books don't offer much about dosage for constitutional stuff and the web, while very helpful, has its limits.

Sincerely,
Blossom

Thank you for your vote of confidence John. So when and if the symptoms come back strong again shall I take a dose 200c or the 1m?

Also, the brown patches are the least of my concern - just feeling better otherwise means so much.

we'll see might be best dose of sulphur 200c first and then come back sepia (either LM1 or 1M..maybe water dose 200c)--if still indicated...for now just go with the 'good' flow..and post back when ready..

I am curious. What are the brown spots on your face Blossom and what do they look like?

dayday34 last decade
The spots are more like continents (kind of like the looks of Italy) in size starting at the side of the eyes, over the cheekbones and down to the sides of the mouth. They are a cafe au lait color and are absolutely sun sensitive so if I am in any kind of sun they will get darker (I wear a 60 spf sunscreen which helps moderate the coloring a bit). The spots started off smallish about 8 years ago and have since creeped in size year by year.

did these spots come from taking sepia?

Blossom,
Can you load your photo here..coz Sepia patient has a saddle like formation of spots under the eyes and over the ridge of the nose.

Best,

No, these brown patches didn't develope as a result of the Sepia remedy. It was only recently that I tried the Sepia. I am not able to load a picture firstly because I'm not that computer savvy but probably more because I don't have a picture of the kind. I can tell you that it isn't a saddle formation -it doesn't cross the nose at all.
