It would be a bit more helpful if youd provide some details like:
1. What is your body type? (underweight, average, overweight)
2. Recent change in diet?
3. Hairfall/psoriasis/skin eruptions in scalp or hairy areas along that gets itchy too?
4. Urination symptoms? (few drops of urine at a time, or suddenly getting urge to urinate, color, smell issues (if any mention?)
5. You feel comfortable in warm or cold?
6. Aversion to unsweetened milk (at normal temperature)?
7. Time of aggravation of symptoms? (during sleep, morning, afternoon? if such, please mention the time)
8. Any mental pressure/stress/anxiety/depression/trauma/irritation issues, etc that you are facing for past few months?
9. What kind of foods you like? (sweets, oily/fatty, salty).
Thank You.

Note: Ainguirdow,
Im not a doctor or medical professional, I just ponder here in freetime looking at case studies. This post had very few details so I added specific questions that would ease a bit remedy selection. Either Ziomoh or Simon would take your case better.
Nothing here in this forum constitute a medical equivalent to a spot visit and does not constitute a medical advice. Good Luck.
Cheers
