Heavy painful periods with clots
Hi,I am 37 year old female with heavy periods that last for 15 days, are extremely painful with swelling in uterus ( I look 6 month pregnant) 1-2 day light
2-5 days heavy flow, labor pain like pain, can barely stand (barely any clotting)
Day 6-7 no bleeding.
Day 8-10 heavy clots size small mushroom, then its spotting and having in uterus( swelling)
I have had normal periods 2 normal deliveries.
Mood swings: loud of ups and downs
Temp: Always cold
Sexual Urges: Strong when I am mood, no outlet- live my partner but sex is not an element of our relationship.
Craving: dark chocolate and snacks
Cant tolerate tight clothes around my belly lately
Lean tall, strong bone build- 54 inch, 65 kg.
Have been dealing with brain fog lately.
Started with travel anxiety which leads to prompt needs for restroom (Diarrhea)
Body fatigue end of the day, sleep very well- body needs rest, wake up normally after 5-6 am.
I have used sepia in the past for emotions.
Homeopathy at hand (mostly 30c): lycopodium, arnica, bellis perennis, lachesis, hypericum perfoatum 200, sepia 200, nux vomica, chamomile, staphysagria
It takes me a while to get hold of homeopathy, so have some at hand

FIRST FEEDBACK AFTER 7 DAYS.
NUX VOM 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HOUR BEFORE DINNER.FOR 3 NIGHTS.
DAY 4 ONWARDS
LACHESIS 200.
Dose five (5) drops/pellets , taken at the same time 3 Times a week.
Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.
Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
IN ADDITION CALC PHOS 6X AND MAG PHOS 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.

Hi Dr Srivastava,
I took the remedy you mentioned, then periods came
Day 1: no pain, normal floor
Day 2: heavy flow no pain
Day 3: tooooo much flow, passion back with the vengeance. Back on painkillers.
I dont know if the length will be short but pain is immense even with medication

Apologies on slide word typo
Pain horrible pain, even with pain killer - like I said continues labor pain.
The swelling on my belly is comparatively less but its there and looks 5 month pregnant.
If I take chamomile every 20-30 min it is tolerable, but at night I know Ill wake up in the middle of the night- with pain and blood soaked

COLOCYNTH 30 FOUR TO FIVE TIMES A DAY.CP AND MP TO CONTINUE.STOP LACHESIS.

Hi Dr Anuj,
Before I could get the medication, the pain subsided and flow went down naturally after 24 hr.
Blood clots have reduced considerably.
Do I still need Colocynth? Or any other at this stage ?
I did LACHESIS And NUX VOMICA 10 days before my periods, do I need to continue this for next few cycles ( I have stopped for now as you said)
I will keep you posted of the duration, its still day 6. Usually it goes to 14-16.

It totally slipped my mind, but the time my periods got totally out of normal, last year onwards- I also started a weird travel anxiety/ nervous belly.
Travel will make me extra nervous/anxious, semi paranoia to know where is the restroom nearby..
And ends up with diarrhea and I need restroom in 3 minutes, more prone during travel, worst with cars
Even typing about it right now is making belly act up ( butterflies in belly) followeded by bathroom run- might not have to go.. but just needs to know, if I need I can access in 10
seconds- semi paranoia.

Hi Dr,
I am back, finally went and got an ultrasound
Its fibroids.
Few 4.3 cm, 3.7 and 3.2.
Also question the dosage needs to stop it repeated every cycle and how.

Heavy really heavy flow, extremely painful, keeping me awake at night, pain killers barely working.
Extreme weakness and couldnt walk, nausea slight dizziness.
Still the cycle of on time, just long duration 12-14 days.
Main purpose is to shrink the fibroids. In long run.
