Inner ear water sensation w/pain

My right ear sounds like there is water in it but I did not get any water in it. Any jaw movement or head movement makes it sound this way. In-addition to this, it is painful when laying on it to sleep.

Also, tried to gently put a q-tip to clean out and immediate pain upon touching sides of ear.
