Shoulder pain/rotator cuff
49 year old female, pain in left shoulder. Started with pain 4 months ago in upper arm, only hurt on certain movements. For the last 4 weeks, the pain has been centred around the shoulder joint and hurts more frequently with less movement.I am able to lift arm above my head, feels tight but no pain. When I put arm back down, I have excruciating pain for a few seconds, feels like someone is twisting my tendons/muscles inside my arm. I cannot put my arm behind my back or behind my head. Arm aches when I brush my hair or tie it up. My left armpit feels sore and tender as well as the side of my left breast. Yesterday the pain was in my collar bone. It was a dull, numbing ache that made me feel sick.
Please can someone suggest remedies that I can take, many thanks.
I do yoga and have tried specific exercises which has eased it but the pain is still there.

I no longer have pain in my collarbone. I have pain with movement below my shoulder/top of arm, same pain as mentioned before. I noticed yesterday that my tongue is coated white.

After taking the remedies for 7 days, theres no change in the shoulder. Still the same type of pain and restricted movement. Occasionally I have twinges of pain even without movement. It is not painful to lie on that shoulder but when I wake up in the morning, I have a dull ache, feels like a dead weight which lasts for a minute. My tongue is now coated a light grey colour, like Ive been licking clay.

My tongue still has a grey coating but the colour has faded and its more in the centre towards the back of the tongue. No longer have twinges in my shoulder but still tightness, restricted movement and pain when I over reach. I cannot but my left hand at the back of my head. Still have pain when I wake up but less intense than before.
