Headlice, treated twice already with Hedrin, but has come back and now hair now falling out

Headlice twice in last week. Twelve year old with very long hair. Terrible itching. Treated twice with Hedrin. Since last time her hair is shedding significantly more than usual, and child is worried about it. Think lice have come back again as signs are there. How do I treat lice and remedy hair falling out?
