Fever with lower back pain

Dear doctors,

My daughters and myself from a year whenever we get fever its accompanied by severe unbearable lower back pain, temperature comes down after taking medicine however back pain doesnt come down alongside fever so easily. I was wondering if this is only for us in Bangalore India or this type of fever is everywhere post COVID times, because this type symptoms so frequently have never been experienced in my 40+ years life.

Also kindly suggest a medicine to bring down the pain.

EUPATORIUM PERFOLIATUM 30 FIVE DROPS THREE TIMES A DAY.IN ADDITION CALC FLUOR 6X AND MAG PHOS 6X FIVE TABS THREE TIMES A DAY.

FEEDBACK AFTER 2 DAYS.

Thanks a lot Dr. Srivastava for the quick response. Forgot to update food tastes bland , smell is alright. I have 200 ch of eupatorium, is it ok to take?
