child worse after dog wailing

Hi-- my son is doing a vaccine sequential therapy, and so some of what I am seeing could be related to that BUT things took a dramatic change after a new girl moved in to the neighborhood, and he went over to their house and came back complaining about the dog wailing so loudly. The history is that he has/had sensory integration issues and used to have noise sensitivity and anxiety when out in public. That had gone away. After going and being startled by the dog and the wailing, he just hasn't been the same. He's walking with his arms outstretched like a gunslinger, acts like he doesn't quite know what to do with his hands, seems anxious and nervous when in a store, and doesn't show much emotion on his face/eyes when greeting/saying goodbye. At times he is overly dramatic for comedic effect. He also seems very tired during the day--yawning when it is only 10:30 a.m. He sleeps from 8 to 6:30 or 7 a.m. Seems to sleep well, so I'm just not sure what is up with him and wondered if there are remedies that are related to the shock from the dog. (We also quizzed him about whether anything inappropriate happened in the way of touching and nothing traumatic like that happened to him so far as we can tell. It really seems to be the dog, and for several days afterwards he was totally obsessed with inviting the girl up to play at our house).
So since that day, things have been messed up for him.

He is 7 and a half.

The only other thing that I can think of was that we had just come back from a trip on Friday, and on Saturday he had diarrhea during the day (which is not common for him). SO this was Sunday morning and he seemed OK, but after coming back from their house he was all tense in the arms and when he would talk to us, he would pick up one foot slightly, put it down and then pick up the other foot. It was like he was pacing in one spot. He still does this, but it is not as much as it was that day. The arms away from the sides, and hands tensed (not clenched, but open, but tensed so you can see the tendons on the back of his hands) are worse when out in public. Does it at home to some degree, but definitely does it when out in public. I also wanted to mention that something that has gotten worse for him this summer is his problem with sweaty hands and feet. Has always had it, but usually if socks are on, his hands stay dry. When socks come off, his hands and feet begin to sweat. Either cold sweat or warm sweat. But lately, even if socks are on, his hands are still warm and wet.

The only other thing that was weird this summer was that we went to a reunion and they had an outdoor pool and he spent probably about 5 hours in the sun, (he did not burn though--skin type is slightly olive (I am half asian, father is caucasian)), and anyway, he was just *really* wound up and hyper and intense for several days after this (ex. was obsessing about a motorized ball that rolled around on the floor and bit his sister on the arm when she tried to take it away from him (I've never seen him do that before)). I gave him an arnica montana 6c and that seemed to help calm him down several notches.
