Difficulty urinating
I have a lot of difficulty urinating. When I need to urinate, and I use the commode, I strain and have to push hard, but still only a little urine comes out.But on the other hand, when I need to urinate, and I sit on the floor instead of the commode, I urinate very well.
I am very worried about this condition. I have been treated by many doctors so far, but it does not make any difference. Can anyone tell me any medicine that will end this problem of mine forever?

Have you done sonography/ultrasound checkup?
any other issue?

Thank you for your response. I have done ultrasound checkups multiple times in the past, and five years ago, I was diagnosed with bilateral hydrocele. I underwent surgery for it, but the issue was not resolved. Currently, I have not done any ultrasound checkup. The ultrasound report did not indicate any issues.
Regarding medicines, Im not sure what homeopathic medicines were given to me because the doctors prepare them themselves and provide me with homeopathic tablets and liquid. I also tried self-medicating based on information from different platforms. Some of the medicines I used include Clematis Erecta 200, Sarsaparilla Q, Thuja Occ Q, and many others that I cannot remember. I understand that taking medicine without a doctors prescription might not be helpful, but despite consulting many doctors, my issue remains unresolved.
