Dr Anuj Please Help with Sisters Fever

Hello Doc

My sister is 33 Years old. Height is 5 feet 2 inch and weight is 60 kg. She lives in NCR.

She has fever for last 2 weeks. Her CBC and Vidal for Typhoid were normal. Her fever was touching over 101 degree. She also had throat pain and swelling on right side of jawline which doctor said was due to tonsils.

The fever has come down and throat pain has also come down with allopathy medicines but the antibiotics are taking toll on her stomach. She is facing loose motions, vomiting and gas due to antibiotics.

Please suggest remedies for her all issues. The fever now if not taken medicine goes upto 100.5 Usually increases once in morning and once at night for which she is taking Paracetmol.

The throat pain has also reduced significantly. She also has slight cold. The other issue is nausea, bad taste in mouth with dry mouth, loose motion, gas which is causing vomiting that is happening due to antibiotics. Kindly suggest appropriate medicine for both fever and other issues.
