Left side pain in brain

Dear sir

I am 40 years of age almost 2 months ago due to dispute between me and customer. After next day morning there is a sudden watery discharge from left nostril. This is only single time. After that my BP is high 150/110. And there is pressure type feeling on brain. Sleeping problem arise at night. After that I visited a allopathy doctor they give me amlovas 5 and clonafit md .25.bp is now normal and pressure from brain is also released but there is some kind of this tis type pain on left side of brain. This is not always some time. I am a computer user and my work is related to this. During work in evening tis tis type sensation in brain increase. If any hard type of food eaten then this sensation increases.

During blood test diabetes is normal.
Cholesterol level is also normal.

But there is stress in mind.

Brain not feeling fresh.


Please advise.

triglyceride was 212

I have also a problem of IBS (left side), Low Vitamin D(for this I take D Gain 60k in one month), and fatty liver (not always).

Take 15 ml water mix 12 drops of each medicines in it and have it 2 times a day....if you dont feel better in 2 doses then make it 4 doses in a day or 6 doses in a day.

Carbo veg 6x tablets...4 tablets 3 times in a day.

Avoid oily and spicy food as well as coffee.

Report after 5 days.
