Cat selectively eating

My 10 year old cat had been starting to get picky with his food since January. It started with him not eating his wet food but he would still eat his dry food. Then he stopped eating his dry food and I would get a new brand and he would eat again.

Now he isnt eating his dry food at all and will only eat when hes starving for food. He wants to eat our human food all of a sudden which he rarely used to do.

He is really needy, affectionate and wants pets and attention which is pretty normal for him. I checked his teeth and gums and they looks not infected. He will eat certain treats for example a freeze dried chicken neck.

A vet told us he in the past he might need his back teeth removed one-day. His food comes out of an automatic food dispenser but we are usually around when it comes out until we are traveling over the weekend.

He has lost weight but he was slightly overweight before so hes normal weight now but Im worried he will start to lose to much weight now.

He is 1 of 3 male cats in the house. Him and another cat fight to be Alpha.
